I am just divorced, want to sell my fully paid flat BLK119, 05-457, Toa Payoh Lor 1 for sale
Very good location!
3 min to Braddell MRT, Community Centre, School, Wet market
But my ex-w say she's not going to sign paper, what can I do to get it sold asap?

After you and your wife had signed the divorce letter, you are required to sell off the HDB within 6 months.

If the absolute decree nisi has been passed, you would have to sell the flat.

If your wife does not want to sign, you can engage a lawyer and ask her to comply with the ruling.
