I also walk the talk as a property investor myself. I started with a humble HDB flat, then added a private condo as my second property. Over time, I transitioned fully into multiple private properties, and I’m now working towards upgrading into two higher-value condos as part of my own portfolio restructuring. This journey has given me real, practical insights that I now share with my clients—because I’ve been through the same decision-making process myself.
