Afternoon,

I have just closed an unit in AMK with my client based in China. All necessary communication can be done via email. There are however some documents which require your signature. This documents can be courier to you and signing it in presence of Notary Public. This however take time and effort for coordination.

Alternatively, you can assign your relative as your Attorney. During your flight back into Singapore, we'll settle all the necessary. This would likely to be your only trip required. The rest can be ironed out between your relative, you and me via email.
