Hi Pankaj

You are eligible to buy a condo in Singapore.

The minimum budget would generally depend on your expectation on the property. For instance, location, storey, facing, facilities, size, number of bedrooms etc.

You are required to put a downpayment of 20% cash for the property, and pay a stamp duty of around 13% of the purchase price.

For loan procedure, you would need to seek professional advise from a banker, to give you a estimation of the amount of loan that you are able to take (AIP).

You may rent out your condo immediately upon purchase. You may even purchase a condo with tenancy so that when you become the owner, rental yields automatically rolls into your bank.

Should you have any queries feel free to contact me.

All the best!

Cheers!
