I am done with my 5 year MOP.
Bought a 3 room BTO @ Geylang.
Left with 5 years loan (Less than 80K)
The housing worth as per HDB is close to 350K to 370k.
Is it possible for me to sell my 3 room flat and upgrade to 3 room EC.
As per my calculation, I will have 200k to 250k after selling and I am looking for EC in woodlands or CCK which cost around 800K minimum.
My wife and myself below the age of 35. OA is being used every month, therefore not much savings in there.
As a Couple we are earning together $9,000 monthly
So how are the chances like ?
