I am currently staying in a EM and will only reach MOP in Nov 2015, I would like to move into a 4-5bedrooms EC in 2016 but nowadays EC sells like hotcakes, seems impossible to hope for any leftovers from projects that TOP in 2016. Any advice?

Yes, there are ECs with good pool view units in SengKang, Pasir Ris.
