I am currently living in USA and will be relocating in Singapore during September/October'2010 time frame. I would like to rent a condo with the following requirements -

Rooms : 3+
Bath : 2
Size [At Least] : 1200 Sqft.
Monthly Rent : Upto $3200.00 p.m.

I have no preference on location as I will be mostly working from home. But I have a high expectation on the community facilities like - Gym / pool / play area etc.
