I am currently doing a project, on property investment. And one of the question is why do i choose property investment instead of bonds, shares, unit trusts? can anybody help me? Thanks!

That's a pretty vague question you have there. Perhaps you can utilise some thinking models such as SWOT analysis to explore this further, before asking such a broad question.
