Morning Frog,

It would be good to start marketing only around 1 months prior to MOP as transaction for your unit will only be accepted by HDB after your MOP. This would prevent you from losing potential offers that you might receive.

Hi Frog,

Typical valuation report takes about 2 weeks or shorter to be done, therefore to maximise the period of the valuation report, you should start the activities about 2 weeks before your MOP. I will be doing up a series of marketing materials prior to the actual showing of the unit to hype up the interest level for my clients' units.
