Wiht your current income status, you should be able to get the amount of loan required to finance the unit. As such assessment is subjected to your credit record, age and income status, it would be prudent to get a banker to work on your IPA, prior moving forward.

It would not be an issue for you to get a bank loan of up to 80%.

By the way, a Studio would not cost that much. With your budget, you could even buy a 1+1 or 2 bedroom. Cheers!

Bank loan of 80% should be doable. But I would recommend you to speak to the banker to attain the IPA.
