I am a Singaporean citizen; single, with no assets. have been working for around 6.5 years. i have about 60K in my CPF, and I can put up another 50K in cash.

I am thinking of buying a private property (99-year lease) via the CPF Private Properties Scheme (PPS). My take-home pay is $2.8K.

Given what I have, may anyone advise me:

1) What are my financing options available to me?

2) Is it wise for me to consider investing in private property, given how little I can cough up now?

With your given income, you can obtain mortgage loan of around $180k to $200k. Along with your CPF OA and cash at hand, you will be short, even for studio unit. If you are aged 35 and above, you might want to consider HDB unit instead.
