I am a PR, who plans to leave Singapore in 3 years time. I want to buy a condo now. Will I have to sell the condo when I surrender my PR or do I have to pay any more taxes/stamp duty for the condo when I surrender my PR ? I will be taking a 20 year loan for the condo & will continue to pay my installment, after leaving Singapore
