I am a Pakistani national interested in investing I real estate in Singapore. Would like to purchase a couple of condominiums to be rented out. Is there any especially visa relaxation offered by Singapore government for foreign investors or do they have to go thru the tourist visa drill every time they have to visit their property

Hi,

I have a client who is in a similar case to yours.
He is unable to get visa relaxation and the best case would be to apply for the extension of stay. and renewal every items it expires.
