I am a new entrepreneur looking to rent a URA defined SOHO unit in the CBD area. Is there a list of SOHO buildings available anywhere (could not find on the URA website). I will not be living there (i.e it will not be a home office). Does the 2 non-resident criteria still apply? Appreciate any advice.
