Your Singaporean bf has to be 35 years of age in order to appy a BTO under Single Scheme.

However, both you and your bf would be able to apply resale flat under Spouse Scheme.

Afternoon Ms. Wong,

For both of you to purchase BTO under Non-citizen spouse scheme, your partner need to be 35 years and above and you must hold a long term visit pass. For resale unit, both of you can purchase unit non-citizen spouse scheme but your partner do not need to be above age of 35, if you are holding long term visitor pass.
