I am a foreigner and wish to purchase shophouse zone as residential and commercial. But can i purchase? If I buy under company, but both directors are foreigners. Can we buy?

Dear Sir,

As an foreign individual or company, you are able to buy all commercial titled properties other than those from HDB. (I.e HDB shophouses)

For anything residential, you are only entitled to purchase those with a condominium or apartment status without the need to apply for any necessary permit from the authorities.
