Hi,

You are able to purchase condos and apartments, if you are interested in landed, you have to seek approval from SLA first before purchase.

FYI foreigners will be subject to 15% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of normal buyer's stamp duty (3% x purchase price) -$5400.
