I am a divorcee and last year (Feb 2012), I transferred the flat from my husband to myself and took a HDB loan to refinance my flat mortgage.

I would like to sell my flat now, do I fulfill the MOP and can I sell my flat now? I collected my keys since 1999, but I am concerned if the flat transfer and restart of the HDB loan will mean my MOP is restarted from Feb 2012. So many agents have given me confusing answers, can someone experienced enough advise me pls? Thanks!
