I am 56 yrs intend to sell my house $360,000 .Loan balance $88,000. Cpf refund will be $270,000. Use to pledge $80,500 to withdraw RA account for this property. How much cash can I get and when is the payment I can receive?

Hi Mr Hamran,

If your CPF refund will be $270,00 inclusive of accrued interests
Loan Balance still have $88,00
Total will be $358,000
If you are able to sell at $360,000, your cash process back will be $2000

** And that is excluding Agent commission, legal fee, etc...

Good morning,

Based on the selling price and CPF refund figures, you might well not get any cash return on the date of completion. The CPF deduction on stops after your HDB first appointment. This would exclude any upgrading fee payable.
