I am 49 and living in Design&build in Jurong West street 61. I would like to sell my unit and buy another resale flat. I have no outstanding HDB loan. Am I able to downgrade to 4-room flat instead?

Upon fulfilling your MOP requirement, you are at will to upgrade or downgrade. The key issue would be on the financing aspect. Do you need the funds from the sales to facilitate the purchase or are you looking at buying first and selling later?
