I am 26 and wish to become a part-time property agent. I have researched and have found there are courses like CEHA, CES, CEA.. I do not know which course to take and become a prop agent. Perhaps any professionals here could give me some advise? And chart a route for me to enter and succeed in this line? Thanks alot!

Hi Praboo,

DWG is a leading real estate agency with more than 5,000 real estate professionals. I probably assume you do not have any prior experience as a housing agent? Only Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident 21 years of age and above need apply to become an agent. To kick start, our agency prepares for new agents to enrol in our Ultimate Power Selling - UPS Course to understand the basic and general rules of HDB and private property resale, salesmanship skills, law of property, etc.
As a group, we provide you with more real-time experience trainings, OJT, 3rd Party connection sessions.

Do see http://www.dennisweeagent.myweb.sg ("Click for more").

On the corporate level trg, either night (part time) or day (full time) course. There will be a group-level BEST-B course which will impart real experience in the real estate arena, this includes OJT. I would like to meet with you to share more. Do call me now for a chat at 9876 5130  .

Cheers!
