How To Turn Property Investing Right In 2020?

Dear sir/mdm,
The basic fundamentals in investment has not changed. Buy low and sell high. Go for units with high demand but low supply too. If you are going into mass market condo, the key is not only about paper gain as what many agents often preach, because end of the day, there could be competition in the market when you are looking to liquidate, and this competition can potentially erode your paper gain significantly.
It depends on what type of price range you are considering for investment, and also the horizon you are intending to hold on to for this investment.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.
I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.
