Selling your unit fast would depends on few factors: demand, location, facing, level, condition and asking price.
Some good property can be sold in a day, even with very high COV asking while some property would not move even when it's going at $10k asking.
Keep your unit clean, bright and presentable is also one good way to make it more marketable.
