There is no certainty that a particular condo is going to have an enbloc. However, you can prepare yourself by doing more homework to increase the probabilities.

By studying things like the Masterplan and other documents and articles, and then forming your own informed judgement, would increase the chance of spotting the next gem.

2. Low density , very Old condos , relatively spacious condo land, while not too many existing units within the development.

3. Preferably Larger units and no shoeboxes within the development .

4. Plot ratio under utilized or just enhanced.

5. Possibly very long wait for enbloc gold mine , a lot of luck needed , realistically could be one or two decade wait .

6. Minimum one million dollar budget .
