Foreigners are eligible to purchase private housing like condos, apartments and even landed in Sentosa.
They are eligible to take up housing loan like Singaporeans and SPRs.
The difference will be that they will pay additional buyer's stamp duty of 30% on top of the 3 to 4% buyer's stamp duty as foreigner.
