Hi Evelyn,
1) You may log in to MHDB (https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/homepage) and update the occupier using the e-service.
2) Alternatively, you may approach assistance at your HDB branch office and let the staff assist you.
3) Ensure you bring their residence ID for the update.
