There are still alot of buyers in the market. And response for individual unit differs from another. Coz in any similar sales market, it's the supply and demand issue.
I sold a 4 room flat in Holland and I received at least 30 viewings request on my first newspaper advertisement. This unit was sold within 3 days, even before the valuation was out.
I also have sold unit in Punggol, very near to MRT, but it's located on the low floor with West facing and the unit's layout is in odd shape. It took me nearly 6 months, before I managed to sell it off.
