Hi good day. this will depend on the EC launches . normally if new launch, developer will go for balloting. After launch we can select the unit base on your choices (first come first serve). EC is a gd choice as the price is almost 25% to 30% lesser than condo price with full condo facilities.

Hi,

It is project dependent, but typically balloting is the most common form of exercise. After balloting exercises, units will be available to public booking on 1st come 1st serve basis.
