I'm choosing between two properties - one is smaller but closer to work, supermarkets and public transport , while the other offers more space, better storage and a flexible layout, I work from home a few days a week but I'm worried about longer commute, extra costs and having less savings if i choose the bigger place . I’m single and turning 29 next year!.
