Really wanted to know especially if you bought a house on your own recently within these 3 years or around that time in view of the high prices now. I bought a resale hdb in end of 2023 because I thought property prices will only go up so i have to buy one as early as possible however it was not easy for me it was actually not indeed under my budget but okay i some how managed.
Many of my friends have buy there first hme after turing 35 and many have avoided to buy may be because there life was quite different than me or they were lucky in some cases. when to decide that it was the right time to buy the first home. Curiuoss !!!!
