Jean join as a Real Estate Salesperson since end of 2010 a as part timer. She comes from the Powerful Negotiators team. Before coming to real estate industry, Jean worked as an Engineer in an MNC company. Although she is relatively new to the real estate industry, she is able to quickly understand the workings of the industry and find her bearings through the trainings provided by Powerful Negotiators and also by leveraging on their Real Time System to provide real time transaction information for her clients to make the right decision on their property purchase or sale. Through these, she is able to achieve many personal milestones and join as full time in 2012. She has extensive experience in residential, commercial and industrial properties. Her clients range from home seeker to investors. Jean seek to first understands the importance the needs and requirement of her clients in order to advise and restructure her client’s portfolio during their different life cycle and market cycle. Once she has zeroed in the type of property that the client needs for the season, she will work on restructuring their current assets according to the findings. In serving her client, Jean works to meet their goals, time horizon, and purpose of investing for her clients. Jean services covers you throughout the whole process – understanding the needs and requirements, finding the right property, negotiating the best price, making an offer, close the deal and provided a smooth transition of property at her client’s peace of mind.
