Hi,My name Yuri and I own a 4NG flat that I not staying anymore because due to my divorce case . my court of order assign me to surrender the flat during the verdict because at that time the maturity period only 2 years .Now the situation a bit complicated as the instalments loan rises plus late payment charges . I need a reliable agent to assist my case if possible we can start process now while waiting till 16/June the maturity period of 5 years.

Morning Yuri,

It would be good to understand the details of the court order and final judgement. We would then need to understand the financial status of your unit as you might not be getting an cash back and incur CPF loses.
