Hi,is it good to engage 2 agents from 2 different agency to sell my hdb 4 rm unit in matured estate? Since now the COV is going down and may trend down even lower or with negative COV, will 2 agents market my place faster instead of only 1 agent? My unit has been listed for 4 mths already.
