Depending on your asking price and condition of the unit, sales can be quite tough nowadays. If you are looking at renting, I would advise that you don't sell your unit for now as HDB does not allow sales with tenancy. But if you are hoping to get a better price coz of your unit's current condition, then I would advise you not the rent out the unit.
