Hi ,YT Tan,thanks for the info and I believed its not the freehold property but if it is near Mrt stn & within budget I might reconsider. Another option is to buy a new 900K penthouse at dist. 25/27 (99 yrs).Is it possible? Needs good advice .

Afternoon Izz Aries,

Due to the fact that you didnt share with me which landed property you are mentioning about thus I only can provide you with a generalised opinion.

Btw in regards to this post, If you are concerned with your finances whether you are able to obtain a certain amount of loan, I can request some of my bankers to advise you on the amount.

While for the another post, it does not matter when the condo is leasehold/ freehold if you are going to purchase it for investment (rental). 99LH units are definitely cheaper compared to freehold thus the rental yield will be better.

Kindly advise me which development you are mentioning about so I can advise further on whether the price is worthy of it and the potential to be rented out in future.

Looking forward to hear from you via email.

Warmest Regards,
YT Tan
