Hi, would like to seek your advice. Have a 5-rm HDB flat due for renewal. May I know usually how much an agent will charge for such renewal of rental? Basically what are the thing that they need to do or follow-up for such charges? Btw, what is the estimated rental for area at Queenstown & CCK for 5-rm HDB flats? Both have 4-br & within walking distance to MRT.
