Hi. Would like to check about sale of private apartment. Lets say I used cpf 100k to pay for this condo upon buying it. Upon sale, will this 100k cpf be automatically credited back to my cpf account? Is it possible for this 100k to be credited to my savings account or the CPF money cannot be touched at all?
