Hi Ms Lee, Having been dealing with landed properties for the past 3years minimum, I have to say that in times of recession, prices of landed properties is likely the least affected, as most landed owners are likely to have better holding power therefore need not sell low if they are looking to sell. In fact I believe they will be the ones looking out to purchase units in their lows as more homeowners of apartment looks to sell during the bad times. To sum up, the effect of the price movement will greatly depend on the deman of landed properties from buyers then. Should demand be low, perhaps we will see minimal movement to the prices therefore I won't be able to quote a figure.
