Hi,

With regards to 'The Clift', does anyone know how many apartments out of 312 units remain unsold and is likely to be let out as serviced apartments by the developer?

I'm looking for agents specialising in corporate rentals/leases or agents with ready clients for rentals in the Clift. Plan to let out my unit upon TOP in 2011 (expected).

Any idea on how much a 2-BR unit would fetch in the rental market?
