What do you mean by you can only move out by next year end May?
Is it becos by the your flat will be MOP?
Or you might be getting keys for your BTO?

So if move out after May, let say if due to the completion and you can only move out after July or Aug, will that affect you?

If possible, will need more info from you before can advise more on the selling of the house.
