Evening,

As of now, your buyer will still be able to utilize full CPF OA funds when they purchase your unit. Therefore you can get more interested buyers. But once your unit have less than 60 year lease, your buyer group would shrink. Hence it would good to talk to your family or even decide on your objective and the con before jumping into the market.

Basically for your age of your flat, buyers who are interested in your unit still can fully use their CPF. So dun have to worry for that.
As for you, you do have a few points to consider and to take note also...

- Are you just purely selling, or you will be buying another hdb too?
- Do you need any extension for your current flat if you plan to buy another hdb also.
- How much cash process will be back?
- How much CPF plus the accrued interests will be back to your CPF?
- How much CPF can be reuse out for your next property if you are planning to buy next hdb?
- Any time frame that you must sell your current hdb?
