Hi,

What is the est. rental rate we should be looking at (per room) for a 4 rm in sembawang?

We will only b staying in one room and over the weekends only. Haven't reach mop, so can't rent out as a whole but due to personal reason, won't be ard during the weekdays.

Are there any other options that we can look at in our case?

Room rental varies from $500 to $800, depending on the type of room and furnishings.

Let me remind you that you have to occupy the unit and not just use it for the weekends. There are ways that you can rent out the whole unit legally with HDB's approval.
