Hi. What is the Buyer Stamp Duty if I were to transfer 50% of my ownership to my brother? The market value of the condo is S$1m. Does the BSD applicable only to the 50% transferred or the entire condo market value? Do I have to pay Seller Stamp Duty since my brother and I bought this condo in year 2011. Thanks.
