Hi RS,

Have u fulfilled the minimum occupation period before u make the decision? Do u intend to be permanently based overseas to make the decision to sell? It'll be good to keep your unit should you have future plans to be based permanently in Singapore and rent out your unit for passive income in my humble opinion. As fellow agents have pointed out, the last transacted price is $530k therefore it is a challenge to get $600k, something which I look forward in achieving.
