Hi, we are waiting our EC, TOP on early 2015. Can i still buy a private condo? Thanks.

Hi Mr Zaw Moe Nope, you may not buy Private condo within 5 years of collecting your keys for your EC. So this means if your EC obtains TOP Q1 2015, you can only buy pte condo in Q2 2020.
