Afternoon,

Buyers who are looking at EM requires 4 bedroom. If you are looking 4 bedroom unit and your budget permit, getting an EC would be ideal. However, are you going to get new EC or resale EC? Are resale EC better than private condo in terms of pricing and value? Do you need the funds from your current EM to purchase the EC?

There are many consideration before we can advise appropriately.
