Hi, we are planning to sell our 3 BR EC for 750k and we still own the bank for about 330k which we brought for 480k.
Other than the 5% cash paid when we brought, rest are from CPF.
Can anyone advise the breakdown of the balance we will receive after selling the property? Thanks
