Hi, we are married sc, we want to buy new ec, a dual key unit , we want to sell our flat first and then book an ec unit, my parents are singaporeans, they own a house and are staying in JB.Can my parents sell off their house in JB after we have received a key to our new ec?my parents intended to stay with us.
