Hi, we are looking to sell our 4A flat with at least some cash proceed back.Estimated Selling Price is 400K. Currently with HDB outstanding loan of 80K, combined CPF OA of $132K. Accrued interest & CPF refund at $310K. Should I just clear the outstanding $80K? So as to get more cash proceed? Please advise thanks
