Hi, we are a SC-SPR couple. Our HDB going to MOP in exactly 3 months. We plan to either pay off the home loan and buy a second property (condo) for investment (under my name only (SC)), or sell this HDB and buy a condo for stay.
Is it too early to look for an agent to discuss our options, or should we wait til closer to MOP date? Any point going to showflats to see new launches since we are still under MOP, or we will be wasting the agent's time?
